Throw out Winter Sausage Manufacturing meat products
Winter Sausage Manufacturing Co. recalled approximately 28,346 pounds of poultry, pork, and beef products produced between March 9 and June 4, 2018. Some poultry was slaughtered under religious exemption but this was not declared on the label as required. The products were sold in Illinois, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
- Do not eat these products.
- Throw away any Winter Sausage Manufacturing poultry or meat products you have, or return them to where you bought them.
- Check your freezer; some product may still be frozen.
- Look for establishment number P-10158 inside the USDA mark of inspection on the package.
