Winter Sausage Manufacturing poultry and meat products recalled for misbranding

Throw out Winter Sausage Manufacturing meat products

Winter Sausage Manufacturing Co. recalled approximately 28,346 pounds of poultry, pork, and beef products produced between March 9 and June 4, 2018. Some poultry was slaughtered under religious exemption but this was not declared on the label as required. The products were sold in Illinois, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

• Do not eat these products.
• Throw away any Winter Sausage Manufacturing poultry or meat products you have, or return them to where you bought them.
• Check your freezer; some product may still be frozen.
• Look for establishment number P-10158 inside the USDA mark of inspection on the package.
