Ottomanelli Wholesale Meats Inc. recalled approximately 6,020 pounds of raw ground beef and beef patties produced between June 18 and July 11, 2018, due to possible contamination with dangerous E. coli strains (O45, O103, O145). The affected products were distributed to institutions in Florida under brand names including Packers Plus, Debren Foods, Nu Vista Foods, and Ottomanelli.

  • Do not serve or sell these products if you received them.
  • Discard the recalled beef patties or return them to your supplier.
  • Look for products marked "EST. 11167" with approval dates from June 18 to July 11, 2018.
  • Cook ground beef to 160°F internal temperature to kill harmful bacteria.
