Vigil Beef Jerky in Albuquerque, New Mexico produced approximately 48 pounds of beef jerky under a small-producer exemption but incorrectly labeled them with a federal inspection seal. The mislabeled products were sold in New Mexico retail stores. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check your home for Vigil Beef Jerky products with EST. 34272 on the inspection seal, produced between August 5 and September 2, 2014
- Do not eat the product
- Discard it or return it to the store where you bought it
