Global Mix Inc. is recalling Niwali Tejocote Capsules and Niwali Tejocote Pieces because FDA testing found the products actually contain yellow oleander (Thevetia peruviana), a highly toxic plant. All parts of yellow oleander contain cardiac glycosides that can cause severe or fatal effects including nausea, vomiting, heart rhythm changes, and organ damage.

Par Pharmaceutical is recalling two lots of dexmedetomidine HCl injection used in hospitals for patient sedation. The vials contain unwanted particles of cellulose or stopper material that could cause serious blood vessel blockages or clotting if injected into patients. No patient injuries have been reported so far.

GF Blends recalled Truly AIP All Purpose Flour and Bread Mix, and EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Flat Bread Pizza Mix because they contain undeclared wheat gluten. The contamination came from plantain flour supplied by a third party that tested positive for gluten at levels well above FDA safety limits. People with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance could experience allergic reactions or other adverse health effects.

One lot of ICU Medical 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection (a salt solution) was found to contain 10 mEq Potassium Chloride Injection instead. The vial had the correct outer label but the wrong product inside. This was discovered through a customer complaint.

SHEIN is recalling Pull and Chew Montessori Teething Toys because the silicone strings are longer and smaller than safety standards allow. The strings can reach the back of a child's throat and become lodged, creating a serious choking risk.

Regfear's BedsPick brand mattresses (12-inch queen size, sold compressed in boxes) fail to meet mandatory federal flammability standards, creating a risk of fire-related injury or death. The mattresses have a white top with either purple or gray sides and were sold on Amazon between February 2025 and May 2026.

The black plastic fire hose port on this toy fire truck can come loose and detach, creating a choking hazard for young children. Melissa & Doug has received 26 reports of the port detaching and one report of a minor cut. The toy was sold at Target stores and online from July 2025 through August 2026.

LANCHEZ-branded electric pressure washers lack a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) and have a short power cord, which may lead users to rely on extension cords. This creates a serious risk of electric shock or electrocution. About 329 units were sold online between February and June 2026.

The heating elements inside JKMAX branded heated blankets and pads can overheat, causing the products to smoke, melt, or catch fire. The company has received 577 reports of overheating, including 53 burn injuries.

When multiple magnets are ingested, they can attract each other inside the digestive system, causing serious injuries including intestinal perforation, blockage, and blood poisoning. Two children have already been hospitalized after removing and swallowing magnets from these toys.

The grounding wire inside these electric grills can disconnect, which removes protection against electric shock. This affects only Bistro Pro models made in October, November, or December 2025. No injuries have been reported.

So Delicious Dairy Free® Salted Caramel Cluster Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert pints may contain small stones or other hard objects in the cashew pieces. The issue was found through customer complaints. Affected pints have best-by dates on or before April 3, 2028.

Gias Foods is recalling two lots of Bettergoods Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine frozen pasta because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious infections. The recall affects products sold at Walmart with lot numbers L6079C or L6080C and expiration dates of 09/19/2027 or 09/20/2027. No illnesses have been reported so far.

This can lead to sudden loss of engine performance and increased risk of a crash. Triumph has received 12 reports of this problem, including one injury.

Certain dual fuel ranges manufactured between March 2025 and July 2026 may be missing a cap on the gas test port. This missing cap can allow gas to leak, creating a risk of fire or explosion. No injuries have been reported so far.

Prepared Hero fire spray canisters can deteriorate over time and rupture, potentially failing to work during a fire. The company has received nine reports of canisters exploding or deteriorating while in storage. The affected canisters are marked with date code "09/2024" on the base.
