Stop using West Liberty Foods grilled chicken
West Liberty Foods recalled approximately 34,075 pounds of grilled chicken breast patties produced on February 4, 2015, because they may contain small pieces of white plastic. The contamination was discovered after consumers reported finding plastic in the product. No injuries have been reported.
- Do not eat grilled chicken patties produced by West Liberty Foods on February 4, 2015, with establishment number EST. 34349 or P-34349
- Throw out the product or return it to the distributor
- Contact your healthcare provider if you have eaten the product and feel sick
