Do not eat Embutidos Fanguito sliced ham
Embutidos Fanguito, Inc. recalled approximately 454 pounds of sliced smoked ham because the label incorrectly states the product is cooked, and it contains soy and MSG that are not listed on the package. The affected product is "Jamon Vicky Lasqueado Smoked Flavor Added Sliced Cooked Ham & Water Product" in 8-oz packages with six slices, produced between April 18 and June 13, 2017. These products were sold in Florida retail stores.
- Do not eat this product if you have a soy allergy or sensitivity
- Check your refrigerator for packages marked "EST. 45659" on the USDA inspection seal
- Throw away the product or return it to the store where you bought it
- Contact your doctor if you have eaten this product and experience an allergic reaction
