Do not eat Malone's Fine Sausage pork head cheese
Malone's Fine Sausage Inc. recalled approximately 26,323 pounds of ready-to-eat pork head cheese (queso de cabeza de cerdo) produced between August 27 and October 5, 2018, because it may contain Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. The products were sold in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and online. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat this product if you have it at home.
- Throw away the product or return it to where you bought it.
- Look for packages marked 'EST. 15702' with sell-by dates from 10/26/2018 to 12/5/2018 and box codes 3524–3540.
- If you are pregnant, elderly, or have a weak immune system and feel flu-like symptoms within two months, contact your doctor and mention this food.
