Big Easy Foods stuffed chicken recalled for undeclared wheat allergen

Big Easy Foods Louisiana Cuisine recalled about 93,000 pounds of raw and cooked stuffed chicken products because they contain wheat that is not listed on the label. The affected products were sold in 10 states between June 2013 and June 2015. No illnesses have been reported.

  • Check your freezer for Big Easy Foods Boneless Stuffed Chicken with Pork Sausage and Potato Stuffing in 3-pound cartons.
  • Do not eat the product if you have a wheat allergy or sensitivity.
  • Return the product to the store where you bought it or throw it away.
  • Call Big Easy Foods at 1-337-477-9296 ext 1133 if you have questions about the recall.
