GHSE, LLC recalled approximately 738 pounds of ready-to-eat Marketside Fiesta Salad with Steak sold in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina because a corn ingredient may be contaminated with Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes. The affected products were produced between October 11–14, 2018, with "use by" dates of October 17–20, 2018.
- Do not eat this product if you have it at home
- Throw away the salad or return it to the store where you bought it
- If you ate this salad and develop diarrhea, fever, or muscle aches within the next 2 months, contact a doctor and mention this recall
- High-risk people (pregnant women, elderly, immunocompromised) should seek medical care for any flu-like symptoms in the 2 months after eating this product
