Wayne Farms recalled approximately 4,059 pounds of ready-to-eat grilled chicken breast fillets produced in August 2016 because they were undercooked. Undercooked chicken can harbor harmful bacteria. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not eat these products if you have them.
- Throw away the chicken or return it to where you bought it.
- Look for establishment number EST. 45411 or P-45411 on the package.
