Wallace's and Country Time pork skins recalled for possible Salmonella contamination

Don't eat recalled pork skins products

Pork Rinds & Snacks, LLC is recalling about 7,600 pounds of pork skin snacks sold under the Wallace's and Country Time brands because they may contain Salmonella. The contamination came from seasoning mix that included recalled milk powder. No illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Check if you have Wallace's or Country Time fried pork skins with "Best By" dates between January 5, 2017 and March 23, 2017
  • Do not eat these products
  • Throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them
  • Call your doctor if you have diarrhea, stomach cramps, or fever after eating these products
