Aprons bacon-cheddar chicken entrée recalled for undeclared egg allergen
Don't eat Aprons bacon-cheddar chicken if allergic to eggs
Aprons Ready to Cook bacon-cheddar smothered chicken entrées sold at Publix stores may contain egg, which is not listed on the label. The wrong label was placed on the package—the back label describes a different chicken product that does not contain egg. This creates a serious risk for people with egg allergies.
- If you have an egg allergy and bought this product, do not eat it.
- Throw away the product or return it to Publix.
- Look for the product code P-48176 and use-by date of 9/21/2022 on 12 oz. packages.
- Call your doctor if you ate this product and have an allergic reaction.
