Marketside and Trader Joe's ready-to-eat pasta meals recalled for Listeria contamination

Don't eat these pasta meals; throw them out
Ready-to-eat pasta meals sold at Walmart and Trader Joe's may contain Listeria, a harmful bacterium. The contamination was found in the pre-cooked pasta ingredient used in these meals. Listeria can cause serious illness, especially for older adults, pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems.
- Do not eat Marketside Linguine with Beef Meatballs & Marinara Sauce (Walmart) with "best if used by" dates September 22–October 1, 2025
- Do not eat Trader Joe's Cajun Style Blackened Chicken Breast Fettuccine Alfredo with "best if used by" dates September 20–October 10, 2025
- Throw away these products or return them to the store
- If you ate these meals and develop flu-like symptoms within 2 months, contact your doctor and mention the contaminated food
