Fareway chicken salad sold at stores in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota may be contaminated with Salmonella. The affected products were made between December 15, 2017 and February 13, 2018. Illnesses linked to this product have been reported in Iowa.

  • Do not eat Fareway Chicken Salad produced during this time period
  • Throw away the product or return it to your Fareway store
  • Contact your doctor if you develop diarrhea, abdominal cramps, or fever within 3 days of eating this product
