Signature CAFÉ Chicken Noodle Soup recalled for incorrect 'gluten free' label on wheat product
Throw out Signature CAFÉ Chicken Noodle Soup
Signature CAFÉ Chicken Noodle Soup containers are labeled "gluten free" but contain wheat, which is not declared on the label as it should be. This mislabeling is a serious concern for people with gluten allergies or celiac disease. The affected products were sold in western U.S. retail locations and may still be in home refrigerators.
- Do not eat this product if you have a gluten allergy or celiac disease.
- Throw away the soup or return it to the store where you bought it.
- Check your refrigerator for 24-oz. Signature CAFÉ Chicken Noodle Soup containers with best-by dates of April 27, May 2, May 8, or May 16, 2021.
- If you have eaten this product and feel sick, contact your doctor or call the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 1-888-674-6854.
