What this means

The power cord on Panasonic Model NB-G200 electric toaster ovens may not be adequately insulated due to a protective fiberglass sleeve that doesn't cover it properly. This can create a risk of electric shock or fire. Four consumers have reported tripped circuit breakers or outlets, but no fires or injuries have occurred so far.
