What this means

The inlet tube on certain Hollis 200LX second-stage diving regulators can crack and break during use. This could cause the regulator to fail underwater, posing a serious drowning hazard. Seventeen reports of cracking have been received; no injuries have been reported yet.

Stop using the recalled regulator immediately if you own a Hollis 200LX (check the serial number under the mouthpiece).
