HARPPA Nordi tower stool recalled for collapse and entrapment risk

HARPPA's Nordi toddler tower stools can collapse or tip over during use. The stools have openings on the front and back that are large enough for a child's torso to fit through, creating a risk of entrapment. The company has received three reports of stools collapsing or tipping, resulting in injuries including scrapes, cuts, and bruises.

  • Stop using the recalled stool immediately and keep it away from children.
  • Contact HARPPA for a free repair kit that includes protective nets, stabilizing feet, and installation instructions.
  • Look for "MODEL No.: HANS0002" printed on the label underneath the stool's platform to confirm you have a recalled unit.

Hazard

The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use, and a child's torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides, posing a risk of serious injury and death due to tip over, fall and entrapment hazards.

Remedy
Consumers should stop using the recalled stools immediately and store them away from children. Contact HARPPA for a free repair kit, including shipping. The repair kit consists of protective nets, stabilizing feet and installation instructions.
