Medline kits containing B. Braun IV administration sets have been recalled because the check valve components may become stuck in either the open or closed position. This could affect proper fluid delivery through the IV line. The affected kits are labeled as Neuro Angio Pack with SKU DYNJ38935, lot number 25IBC144.
- Stop using any Medline Neuro Angio Pack IV administration kits (SKU DYNJ38935, lot 25IBC144)
- Contact your healthcare facility or Medline for instructions on replacement or disposal
- Do not use these kits for patient care
Medline kits contain B. Braun IV Administration Sets and Pump Administration Sets which were recalled due to customer complaints identifying that the check valve components may become stuck in the open or closed positions.
