Safecor Health Nephronex vitamin supplement recalled for foreign particles
Safecor Health's Nephronex vitamin B-complex, vitamin C, and folic acid oral liquid supplement was found to contain black particles in the liquid. The affected product is supplied in 5 mL oral syringes. The contamination was identified in three specific lots distributed in Ohio.
- Check if you have Nephronex oral liquid with lot numbers 26110722, 26110743, or 26111218 (expiration dates 9/8/2026 or 9/9/2026).
- Do not use the product if you have one of the affected lots.
- Contact Safecor Health or your healthcare provider with questions.
