Stop giving children Bendon character gummy candies

Bendon Inc. is recalling several heart-shaped and character-themed gummy candy products because they contain chlorophyllin copper complex, a color additive that is not approved for use in food in the United States. The affected products include Paw Patrol, Mickey Mouse, Stitch, SpongeBob, and Toy Story gummies with best-before dates of 08/19/2027. No injuries have been reported.

  • Check your home for the affected products using the UPCs and lot numbers listed (Lot# 3514-8A through 3514-8E).
  • Do not give these candies to children.
  • Discard the products or return them to the store where purchased.
  • Contact Bendon Inc. with questions.
