Valley Springs Artesian Gold bottled water (1-gallon bottles with fluoride added) was produced under insanitary conditions that could allow harmful bacteria to contaminate the water. The affected bottles were distributed in Illinois and Wisconsin. No illnesses have been reported so far.

- Return the bottle to where you purchased it for a refund
