Kroger Homestyle Cheese and Garlic Croutons (5 oz packages) may contain Salmonella. The contamination came from non-fat milk powder supplied to the manufacturer. The affected products were distributed to stores in Indiana, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
- Check your pantry for packages with "Best If Used By" dates between February 17 and April 7, 2027.
- Do not eat the product.
- Throw away affected packages or return them to your Kroger store.
Hazard
Possible Salmonella in croutons. The firm was notified by their supplier that the non-fat milk powder used to manufacture the product was recalled due to possible salmonella.
