Galaxy RG Corp's Cake de Fresa y Chocolate (48 oz) contains undeclared food coloring—Yellow #5, Yellow #6, and/or Red #40—which are not listed on the label.   2. Do not eat the cake if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to Yellow #5, Yellow #6, or Red #40.

Galaxy is recalling 23 refrigerated Latin-style cakes, rolls, cheesecakes and related bakery items sold in plastic clamshell containers, including Brazo Gitano, Napolitano, Rollitos, Cake de Capuchino, Marquesita, Cheesecake and Flan Cake products. The products may contain Yellow #5, Yellow #6 or Red #40 without listing them on the label. The products were distributed in Florida and Texas, and no injuries have been reported.
