Produce Innovations roast beef and Swiss closed-face sandwiches were labeled as turkey and cheddar. The mislabeling could expose people with allergies or dietary restrictions to ingredients they were not expecting. This affects 112 units distributed to medical facilities and vending machines in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri.

  • Check for sandwiches with a "Lunch Box Kitchen Turkey & Cheddar Sub" label and lot 26134.
  • If you have one, do not eat it if you have an allergy or dietary concern with roast beef or Swiss cheese.
  • Contact your facility manager or vending distributor if you received affected units.
