George J. Howe Co. sunflower seeds may contain cashews that were not listed on the label. People with tree nut allergies could have a serious allergic reaction if they eat these products. The problem happened during production when seeds were packaged in containers that didn't disclose the cashew content.
- Check if you have any George J. Howe sunflower seeds with the affected UPCs and expiration dates listed.
- If you or anyone in your household has a tree nut allergy, do not eat the product.
- Return the product to the store where you bought it for a full refund.
