PT Organics Limited is recalling select 4 oz. Pumpkin Tree Peter Rabbit Organics Banana & Strawberry fruit puree pouches sold at Kroger, Meijer, and Target between March and July 2026. An internal packaging defect may have allowed a strand of soft, food-grade plastic to enter some pouches. No injuries have been reported.
- Check your pouch: look for barcode 8 15367 01078 0, lane number 4 on the rear seam, and best-before-dates of 01/19/2027, 01/20/2027, 03/17/2027, 03/18/2027, 05/14/2027, or 05/15/2027.
- Do not eat or feed to another person.
- Dispose of the product or return it to the store where you bought it.
