Don't use Kalle USA pork products
Kalle USA, a Chicago company, recalled approximately 168,000 pounds of pork products that were imported without undergoing required U.S. federal inspection. These products include dehydrated pork stock, pork broth, and pork protein injection, produced between October 2013 and November 2014. Products without proper inspection may pose health risks.
- Check your freezer for SCAN PORK products with pack codes JJ820738638, JJ820860580, JJ82082258, JJ820889803, JJ820645387, JJ820822580, JJ820670757, or JJ820665997
- Do not use or consume these products
- Discard them or return them to your retailer
- Call USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline at 1-888-674-6854 if you have questions
