Holiday Foods beef, chicken, and pork products recalled for undeclared peanut allergen
Don't eat Holiday Foods meat products
Holiday Foods in Florida recalled about 1,819 pounds of beef, chicken, and pork products because they may contain peanuts that are not listed on the label. The peanut contamination came from cumin in a spice mix used to make the products. No one has reported getting sick.
- Check your freezer for Holiday Foods brand marinated beef skewers, chicken taquitos, mango chutney chicken samosas, or beef and cheese empanadas produced between August 5 and December 8, 2014
- Do not eat these products if you or anyone in your household has a peanut allergy
- Throw away the recalled products or return them to where you bought them
- Call Holiday Foods at (877) 301-6691 (7 a.m.–9 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday) if you have questions
