The affected product is 'Imperial Turkey Base' sold in cases containing six 1-pound plastic containers marked with code 01734-6700 and ending in 0784-5, produced on March 19, 2014.

• Do not use Imperial Turkey Base products with the code 01734-6700 (ending 0784-5) if you or anyone eating the food has a milk allergy
• Check if you have this product—it may be labeled as 'Imperial Chicken Base' on the containers
• Return or discard the product
