Stryker Farm pork sausages recalled for undeclared soy allergen
Don't eat Stryker Farm sausages; check freezer
K. Heeps, Inc. recalled about 2,902 pounds of Stryker Farm Irish Style Bangers and Beer Bratwurst sausages because they contain soy lecithin, a known allergen that was not listed on the label. The products were sold between May and November 2014 and distributed to restaurants and stores in Pennsylvania. No illnesses have been reported.
- Check your freezer for Stryker Farm Irish Style Bangers or Beer Bratwurst with establishment number EST. 9379A
- Do not eat these products if you are allergic to soy
- Throw away affected sausages or return them to the store
- Contact your doctor if you consumed these products and have symptoms of an allergic reaction
