Meat and poultry recalls

Star Meat Delivery Inc. produced approximately 167,639 pounds of raw pork, beef, and goat products without federal inspection and labeled them with a false USDA inspection mark (establishment number EST. 1363). The products were distributed in bulk under the A&D Foods label to retailers and restaurants nationwide. Food produced without inspection may contain harmful bacteria, undeclared allergens, or other contaminants.

Fry Pie Factory pepperoni rolls may contain milk that is not listed on the label. Additionally, some units were not kept refrigerated as required, which can allow harmful bacteria to grow. The recall affects 850 individually packaged 5 oz rolls with sell-by dates from June 12, 2026 through June 21, 2026, distributed in Ohio and West Virginia.

Connecticut Crab Company LLC is recalling crab cakes produced on March 9, 11, 13, 16, and 18, 2026, that may have been stored at unsafe temperatures. This could allow dangerous bacteria called Clostridium botulinum to grow. The affected crab cakes were sold to food service businesses in New York and New Jersey.

Quality Meat Sky Ranch marinated beef and pork products sold at Lotte Plaza Market locations contain sesame oil, but sesame was not listed on the label. The affected products were produced between December 1, 2025, and April 6, 2026. No illnesses have been reported, but the products should not be consumed by people with sesame allergies.

Blackwing Organic Meats sold beef and pork products that were produced without required federal inspection and some bear false USDA inspection marks. These products may contain harmful bacteria, allergens, or other contaminants. The affected products were produced between April 2024 and March 2026 and shipped nationwide.

White Oak Pastures grassfed ground beef sold at Mom's Organic Markets may contain metal fragments. The product was produced on February 26, 2026, and sold in 16 oz packages with a sell-by date of March 19, 2026. No injuries have been reported, but the USDA is alerting consumers in case any packages remain in freezers.

Some frozen La Boulangerie Turkey Pesto & Swiss Cheese Pockets sold at Costco in the Midwest contain ham and cheese instead of the labeled turkey filling. The mislabeling was discovered after two customer complaints. No one has reported getting sick.

Wellsley Farms Farm-Raised Atlantic Salmon (32 oz packages) has been recalled because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. The affected product was produced on June 30, 2025, with a best-by date of June 30, 2027.

Ajinomoto Foods North America is recalling frozen fried rice, ramen, and shu mai (dumpling) products sold under Ajinomoto, Kroger, Ling Ling, Tai Pei, and Trader Joe's brand names due to possible glass fragments in the food. The glass came from carrots used in the products. No injuries have been reported so far.

Several beef jerky products sold in Hawaii and online contain soy lecithin that is not listed on the label. Soy is a common allergen that can cause serious reactions in people with soy allergies. The products are no longer being sold, but some may still be in home pantries.

Reser's Fine Foods distributed Tuna Salad in 5-lb containers with incorrect Chicken Salad labels. The mislabeled tub does not declare the presence of tuna (fish), a major allergen. People with fish allergies who buy this product believing it is chicken salad could have a serious allergic reaction.

Rosina Food Products recalled approximately 9,462 pounds of Bremer brand frozen Italian-style meatballs sold at Aldi due to possible metal fragments in the product. The affected packages are 32-oz. bags with a "BEST BY" date of 10/30/26, produced on July 30, 2025. No injuries have been reported so far.

Product Contamination

Mays Chemical Company of Puerto Rico recalled approximately 46,315 pounds of frozen, raw pork boneless loins because they were imported into the United States without required reinspection. The pork was distributed to restaurants, institutions, and food service establishments in Puerto Rico. No illnesses have been reported.

Gold Star Distribution Inc. distributed multiple food products from a facility where rodents and rodent activity were found. The recall affects snack foods, candy, beverages, baby food, and many other items sold in Indiana, Minnesota, and North Dakota.

Suzanna's Kitchen recalled approximately 13,720 pounds of ready-to-eat grilled chicken breast fillets produced on October 14, 2025, because they may contain Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. The contamination was found during routine lab testing. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Pinna Grated Pecorino Romano cheese in 10-pound bags tested positive for Listeria Monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. The affected product was distributed across multiple states. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Mountain West Food Group is recalling approximately 2,855 pounds of Forward Farms grass-fed ground beef due to possible E. coli O26 contamination. The contamination was discovered during routine testing. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Belevini BICHKI dried salted whole smelts may contain Clostridium botulinum, a bacteria that causes a serious illness called botulism. The fish was not properly cleaned before drying and salting, which allowed the bacteria to grow. This product was distributed to New York, Texas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida.

Olympia Provisions is recalling about 1,930 pounds of ready-to-eat holiday kielbasa sausage because metal fragments may be in the product. The sausages were produced on October 14, 2025, and sold in 16-ounce packages with a "best if used by" date of 02/19/26. No injuries have been reported so far.

Maître Saladier Inc. recalled about 6,000 pounds of Lorraine Quiche products with pork that were shipped to the U.S. without proper import inspection. The quiches were produced in April 2025 and lack a USDA inspection mark. No illnesses have been reported, but the products may still be in home freezers.

La Guadalupana Foods recalled approximately 2,669 pounds of frozen tamales produced on October 7, 2025. The tamales were mislabeled as "mild pork" when they actually contain beans, cheese, and jalapeños. The label does not declare milk (cheese) as an allergen, which is a serious concern for people with dairy allergies. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Suzanna's Kitchen recalled fully cooked breaded chicken portions because they contain soy, which is not listed on the package label. The affected products are 8-piece bone-in chicken portions in 18-lb. cases produced on November 4, 2025, and shipped to restaurants nationwide. No illnesses have been reported.

Undeclared Sulfite. Shrimp may contain 3.4mg Sulfur Dioxide per serving and label does not declare Sulfite.
