White Oak Pastures grassfed ground beef sold at Mom's Organic Markets may contain metal fragments. The product was produced on February 26, 2026, and sold in 16 oz packages with a sell-by date of March 19, 2026. No injuries have been reported, but the USDA is alerting consumers in case any packages remain in freezers.
