Meat and poultry products recalled for possible Salmonella from contaminated dairy ingredients

Do not eat meat or poultry with recalled dairy
The USDA found that meat and poultry products containing certain dairy ingredients may be contaminated with Salmonella bacteria. The contamination came from dry milk powder used in these products. No illnesses have been reported yet, but Salmonella can cause serious illness, especially in young children, older adults, and people with weakened immune systems.
- Check the USDA FSIS website for the complete list of recalled products and their labels
- Do not eat any affected products; throw them away or return them to the store
- Call 888-674-6854 (USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline) if you have questions or think you got sick
- Wash your hands and any surfaces that touched the recalled product
