Stop using Medline Nerve Block Tray 2 kits
Medline's Nerve Block Tray 2 kits contain MASTISOL liquid adhesive vials with tubing that can crack when opened. The cracked tubing could cause the adhesive to leak or not function as intended during medical procedures.
- Stop using Nerve Block Tray 2 kits (SKU DYNJRA2713, Lot 25KMD285)
- Contact your Medline representative or facility supply manager for instructions on return or disposal
- Check your facility's inventory for affected kits and set them aside

Medline kits were manufactured and distributed containing MASTISOL liquid adhesive which was recalled due to complaints that the butyrate tubing cracked during actuation of the vials of MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive.
