Civco Medical Instruments has recalled the eTRAX Needle System Starter Kit 14G due to a manufacturing error in the needle sensor for Aurora Trackers. The error may cause the needle tip position to display incorrectly on the device screen, which could affect proper placement during procedures.
- Stop using the eTRAX Needle System Starter Kit 14G (Part Number 667-150, Lot A228673) immediately
- Contact Civco Medical Instruments for instructions on returning or replacing the affected device
- Do not use this device until you receive guidance from the manufacturer

There was an error in inspection and programming of the eTRAX needle sensor for Aurora trackers. The result is a potential for the needle tip position to be incorrectly identified on the user interface.
