Stop using Advanced Relief eye drops
K.C. Pharmaceuticals' Advanced Relief eye drops in 0.5 fl oz bottles may not be sterile due to a manufacturing issue. The affected products were sold under multiple store brands at Walgreens, Kroger, CVS, and other retailers nationwide. No infections have been reported so far.
- Check if you have Advanced Relief eye drops with lot codes AR24D01, AR24G01, AR24G02, or AR24M01 (expiration dates between 04/30/26 and 10/31/26)
- Stop using the product immediately
- Return the bottle to the store where you bought it for a refund
- Contact your doctor if you have used these eye drops and develop eye redness, pain, or discharge
