Golden State Medical Supply's Primidone Tablets (250 mg) contain trace amounts of Acemetacin, a different medication, due to cross-contamination during manufacturing. This affects two lots distributed nationwide. No injuries have been reported.
- Check your Primidone bottle for lot number GS067909 (expires 4/30/2028) or GS068646 (expires 8/31/2026).
- Contact your pharmacy or healthcare provider if you have one of these lots.
- Do not stop taking your medication without talking to your doctor first.

Cross contamination with other products: API contaminated with trace amounts of Acemetacin API.
