Bluegrass Ingredients Inc. is recalling 50-pound bags of butter powder (Product Number BDF0006, Lot 6018) due to Salmonella contamination. The affected product was distributed to Florida, Illinois, and Maryland. No illnesses have been reported.
- Do not use or consume this butter powder if you have it.
- Check for Product Number BDF0006 and Lot 6018 on the package.
- Dispose of the product safely or return it to where you purchased it.
- Contact your healthcare provider if you consumed this product and experience symptoms of Salmonella infection (diarrhea, fever, abdominal cramps).
