Dakota Honey Company's Spreadable Spun Honey may contain stainless steel dust, flakes, or shreds of plastic. The contamination was discovered during production. Affected products were sold at retail locations in Florida, Georgia, and South Dakota, as well as nationwide through internet sales.
- Check if you have Dakota Honey Company Spreadable Spun Honey in 4 oz or 12 oz jars purchased between December 19, 2025 and April 3, 2026.
- Do not consume the honey if you have an affected jar.
- Discard the product or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
