Publix Super Markets is recalling frozen organic whole blueberries due to potential E. coli O145:H28 contamination. The affected blueberries are sold in 48 oz (3 lb) plastic bags with a best-by date prior to February 9, 2028. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check your freezer for Publix Organic Whole Blueberries with UPC 41415-12053 and a best-by date before February 9, 2028.
- Do not eat the blueberries. Discard them or return them to your local Publix store for a refund.
- If you have eaten these blueberries and develop symptoms of E. coli infection (severe diarrhea, abdominal cramps, or bloody stools), contact a doctor.
