Produce recalls

Panorama Produce is recalling 302 boxes of Martina-branded size 9 mangoes distributed in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. The recall affects multiple brands (CV, JB, Mark, PK, and others) distributed to 28 states from June 29 to July 16, 2026, and was prompted by a multistate outbreak.

GreenWise Organic IQF Frozen Blueberries (10 oz, lot code 60401, best by February 9, 2028) may be contaminated with E. coli O145, a harmful strain that can cause severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting. Twelve confirmed illnesses linked to this product were reported between May and June 2026. The affected blueberries were sold at Publix stores in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Ayco Farms cantaloupe may be contaminated with Salmonella, a bacteria that can cause serious foodborne illness. The affected melons were distributed to Pennsylvania, Florida, California, and New York. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Tops Friendly Markets is recalling Christopher Ranch and Garland Fresh peeled garlic because the product may be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, a bacteria that causes botulism. The contamination occurred because the garlic was stored at temperatures that were too warm. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Sevillo Fine Foods is recalling frozen slow roasted diced tomatoes because they may contain metal fragments. The recall affects 24-lb bulk packages with specific lot numbers distributed in California and North Carolina.

Hortex Mieszanka 9 spring vegetable mix (15.87 oz packages) may contain glass fragments. The affected product has lot number SoC1070925 and was distributed in Illinois. No injuries have been reported so far.

YO!MAN Lettuce (Spicy Flavor) contains cyclamates, an artificial sweetener not declared on the label. Cyclamates are banned in the United States and were not listed in the ingredient information. Lubna Quality Products mung beans sold in 4lb bags were found to contain Thiamethoxam, a pesticide. The affected product was distributed to Texas and Louisiana in January 2025. No illnesses have been reported.

Oregon Potato Company LLC is recalling frozen blueberries distributed to food service and commercial customers because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. These products were not sold in retail grocery stores. The recall affects specific lot codes with expiration dates between July and November 2027.

H & N Group Inc. is recalling frozen cooked medium shrimp (1 lb bags) because they may have been made under unsanitary conditions and could contain Cesium-137, a radioactive substance. The affected shrimp were sold in the Houston and Gulf Coast areas with Best By dates of October 28–29, 2026.

McCain Foods USA Inc. is recalling specific batches of Ore-Ida Tater Tots shaped potatoes distributed to foodservice accounts (restaurants, schools, cafeterias) because they may contain small hard plastic fragments. This product was not sold in grocery stores. No injuries have been reported.

Imported oysters potentially contaminated with Norovirus

Tradin Organics USA LLC is recalling organic black chia seeds from Paraguay due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected product was distributed in California, Colorado, New York, and Canada. No illnesses have been reported so far.

Sofit Seedless Red Dates (12 oz packages) contain sulfites that are not listed on the label. Sulfites can cause serious allergic reactions in people with sulfite sensitivity. The product was distributed to Florida, Georgia, Iowa, and North Carolina.

Everpress Juice's raw sweet greens product may not have been processed enough to kill harmful bacteria. The FDA classified this as a Class I recall, the most serious type. No injuries have been reported yet.

Southern Rocklobster LTD USA is recalling frozen Australian Greenlip Abalone (9 pieces, 23.5 oz) due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The affected product has lot number 5996 with a best-before date of November 29, 2027. The contaminated abalone was distributed to customers at multiple locations in California.
