Motor City Pizza Co. 5 Cheese Bread recalled for Salmonella risk
Champion Foods is recalling certain batches of Motor City Pizza Co. 5 Cheese Bread because a milk powder ingredient supplied by California Dairies may be contaminated with Salmonella. The contamination was found in the milk powder used to make the seasoning blend, though no illnesses have been reported so far.
- Check the sell-by date on the front of your package (in black, inside the cheese bread image).
- Do not eat the product if it matches one of the recalled dates (Feb–Apr 2027).
- Throw away the recalled product or return it to the retailer where you bought it.
