GreenWise frozen blueberries recalled for E. coli O145 risk

GreenWise Organic IQF Frozen Blueberries (10 oz, lot code 60401, best by February 9, 2028) may be contaminated with E. coli O145, a harmful strain that can cause severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting. Twelve confirmed illnesses linked to this product were reported between May and June 2026. The affected blueberries were sold at Publix stores in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

  • Check your freezer for GreenWise Organic IQF Blueberries with lot code 60401 and best by date February 9, 2028.
  • Do not eat the product if you have it.
  • Throw away the blueberries or return them to Publix for a full refund.
