HH Fresh Trading enoki mushrooms recalled for Listeria risk

HH Fresh Trading recalled 120 cases of 150g enoki mushrooms after testing confirmed contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The affected product was distributed to wholesalers in Texas and Florida. No illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Return the product to the store where you bought it for a full refund.
  • Do not eat the enoki mushrooms if you have them.
