HH Fresh enoki mushrooms recalled for Listeria risk

HH Fresh Trading Corp. enoki mushrooms (150g packages) tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes, a harmful bacterium. The product was distributed to Texas and Florida. No illnesses have been reported so far.

  • Do not eat the recalled enoki mushrooms.
  • If you have this product, throw it away or return it to where you bought it.
  • Wash your hands and any surfaces or utensils that may have touched the mushrooms.
  • Contact your doctor if you develop fever, muscle aches, or other symptoms of Listeria infection.
