HH Fresh enoki mushrooms recalled for Listeria risk
HH Fresh Trading Corp. enoki mushrooms (150g packages) tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes, a harmful bacterium. The product was distributed to Texas and Florida. No illnesses have been reported so far.
- Do not eat the recalled enoki mushrooms.
- If you have this product, throw it away or return it to where you bought it.
- Wash your hands and any surfaces or utensils that may have touched the mushrooms.
- Contact your doctor if you develop fever, muscle aches, or other symptoms of Listeria infection.

Product was distributed to a single customer located in Texas. Product was further distributed as samples were collected in Florida.
