Marketside Tomato Bisque Soup Kit recalled for Listeria risk
Kettle Cuisine recalled Marketside Tomato Bisque Soup Kit (14 oz) sold at Walmart because routine testing found a presumptive positive result for Listeria monocytogenes, a bacterium that can cause serious infections. The affected products were distributed from June 30 to July 7, 2026, to select Walmart stores across 30 states. No illnesses have been reported to date.
- Do not eat, serve, sell, or distribute the recalled product.
- Dispose of the product or return it to Walmart for a refund.
- Wash hands after handling the product and clean/sanitize any surfaces or containers that may have touched it.
- Contact a healthcare provider if you have eaten the product and develop fever, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
- Call Kettle Cuisine at 617-409-1104 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET) with questions.
