Cook Medical is recalling 18 product listings, including catheter, tracheostomy, and central venous kits and trays, because some affected lots were labeled with expiration dates longer than their true shelf life. No injuries have been reported, and the products were distributed worldwide.

- Cook introducers and liver access sets recalled for manufacturing issues
Cook is recalling three product lines with a total of 7,990 units: Flexor Check-Flo Introducers and Sets, Ring Transjugular Intrahepatic Access Sets, and Rösch-Uchida Transjugular Liver Access Sets. The company found that products in the affected lots may have been made out of specification, with some cut to the wrong length, not properly trimmed, or not inspected correctly. No injuries have been reported.
