The soy came from sausage that was inadvertently included in products labeled as vegetarian. The affected burritos were sold in grab-and-go markets and vending machines across eight southeastern states.

Fresh to You chicken burgers recalled for Salmonella riskFresh & Ready Foods is recalling two Fresh to You refrigerated chicken burger products, the Burger Chicken Fillet Deluxe with Bacon and the Burger Chicken Fillet. Raw breaded chicken patties were mistakenly used in the ready-to-eat sandwich, which can carry Salmonella. The products were distributed in Oregon and Washington and were not sold at retail stores.

The products are sold under the Fresh to You, Sprig & Sprout and Evergreen Refreshments brands and were distributed in Oregon and Washington. No injuries have been reported.
