Liuqibax adult portable bed rails (Model BR-11) do not meet safety standards and can trap users between the rail and mattress, creating a risk of serious injury or death by asphyxiation. The rails also lack required hazard warning labels. About 12,000 units were sold on Amazon between July 2024 and May 2026.
